team coverage of the attack on iowa's finest with the latest developments, kevin? the latest development today was all about the charges that scott greene faces tonight. it's two counts of first degree murder for killing des moines sergeant tony beminio and urbandale officer justin ma. martin.this follows yesterday's early morning attack -- that police are calling an ambush.they say greene shot the officers they sat in their patrol cars -- and then was on the loose until he was arrested quietly at about 9 am. am.greene was in police custody since then -- but he was at the hospital -- and investigators couldn't talk to him.once he was charged -- arrested -- and send to the polk county jail -- officers handcuffed him
