searching for a driver who hit and killed a pedestrian at winchester boulevard. investigator say a man was walking on winchester and he was hit shortly after midnight. witnesses say the driver was in a red compact car and took off. police have been on the scene all night. if you drive near there, expect some closures talking about the area near winchester boulevard. vallejo police want to hear from you if you saw an accident near interstate 80 with a driver slumped behind the wheel of the car after 7:30 last night. the engine was sometime running. the car had crashed into the fencing and other vehicles. paramedics rushed to the driver and rushed him to the hospital the he died the driver had some sort of medical issue that caused the crash. >> police in san francisco are on the look out for a driver behind a frightening scene that played out last night. this is how it ended. a gaping hole in a restaurant
