who is a student at the middle school here if dublin. police think the victim has a broken wrist. he was right in the middle of the car. he likely wasn't run over by a tire. but he was trapped. firefighters had to lift the car up to free him. seeing him under the car was agonizing for parents and educators and fellow students who helplessly watched. >> foreign involved in the situation, it gives you chills if you have children seeing someone under a vehicle. the students are around and the other parents, the driver of the vehicle, the first responders, it gives everyone chills when you see something as dramatic. >> this happened before 8:00 this morning. the victim was conscious and was talking to rescue crews. they did airlift him to children's hospital to get checked out but the injuries are not life threatening. the driver we are told was in shock. he was very upset and police called a family member to pick
hip up so he would not drive in his emotional state. officers say they are not assigning blame calling this an accident and a good reminder for drivers to be looking both ways and for pedestrians and bicyclists to make eye contact with drivers as they cross. >> he will be okay, we are so glad. >> a north bay school district doesn't want you to see a fight between a couple teens but the video of a girl beating a boy is on facebook and has 13 million views and counting. our reporter has the video and the story. >> natasha, the district superintendent actually went to facebook and asked them to remove the video and facebook declined but this story certainly shows how social media is now impacting school communities. >> cell phone video shows teen girl in a sun dress and sneakers take down a male student and knee him in the face. twice. the video is viral viewed 13 million times after professional

[ inaudible ] >> thousands have commended on the video many supporting her fight against an alleged bully n this letter superintendent home yesterday, the sonoma valley unified school district said comments were posted about indent containing inaccurate information and by persons not having first-hand knowledge. the school district would not explain what information was
inaccurate this morning. the sonoma police chief said that the officers are looking into the fight and the girl could face a charge of battery on school rounds. the case could also be referred to youth and family services. >> the girl was suspended and the boy suffer add black area and currently is attending school. >> developing news, police are look for the man who shot three teenagers, all three victims are still in the hospital. but it looks like they are going to make it, the officers say the teen were sitting in a parked car and someone started shooting. witnesses noticed young men gathered an the car early in the evening and this morning, we spoke to a campus security monitor as berkeley high school and he said he knows one of the victims. >> very tragic. obviously. he got three...
