bernie sanders leads hillary clinton. weijia jiang reports from manchester nh. donald trump rallied this morning in salem new hampshire - the beginning of a very busy day. new hampshire has been a very special place to me the billionaire holds a large lead in the polls heading into the primary tomorrow. on cbs this morning trump fueled his fight with jeb bush. every time he attacks me, he melts like butter jeb bush fired back with a tweet - calling trump a loser, a liar and a whiner ohio governor john kasich and texas senator ted cruz also hit the campaign trail early. they are in a tight race for second place, along with bush and marco rubio... who is trying to recover from a rocky debate performance over the weekend. the florida senator insisted "he did great" despite criticism for being repetitive. (florida sen. marco rubio) i think the evidence is we raised more money in the first hour of that debate than in any other debate. towns across the granite state are decked out just like this...

((kirsten joyce)) > an estimated 400-thousand veterans are getting help for post traumatic stress disorder, or p-t-s-d . and that number is growing. so far, drugs and psychological counseling are only helping about half of them. but, as paula francis reports, an experimental device being studied by u-c- l-a and the los angeles v-a is showing remarkable results in eliminating p-t- s-d symptoms. (( )) < (sot covered) "i got blown up may 3, 2006. i would say that pretty much set off everything." ((paula francis)) since then, army sergeant ron ramirez has suffered from debilitating p- t-s-d.

((kirsten joyce)) > encouraging news for people looking to sell their home in the valley... home values are going up. the greater las vegas association of realtors say the median price for a home in january was 219- thousand dollars. that is up 9 and a half percent from this same time last year. the prediction from the group is that the housing industry will remain stable through this year... but there is still a struggle with a low supply of homes and too many under water homeowners. some 23-hundred homes sold last month./// ((sherry swensk)) beautiful views from the high roller today...

the air. i think mother nature really scored this past weekend... and stole the show for the superbowl with extra warm temps! mid 70s in santa clara at levi stadium... low 70s for us in las vegas... and even 80s in southern california. .............. morning lows were closer to normal and a bit above since hitting those warmer temps yesterday.... with most neighborhoods in the 40s and even a couple close to 50 degrees. .................... and it looks like this pattern will hold strong through the week... even build in a little stronger to push temps warmer by the middle of the week. ............. we've got gorgeous 60s right now and that's at least 5 degrees above normal. humidity in the 20-something percent range. the high is just normally 61 so we will again be well above where we should be at 70 warm degrees! ,,,,,, and those morning lows near 50 degrees again tomorrow morning. ............... outside the valley we also have a lot of 60s... except where it was extra cold up north. .................
