door of her hotel room and the owners of this marriott for $75 million claiming the hotel made it easy for him to film her in the nude. >> if she tells the jury how this affected her, that she was embarrassed by it, that she was sickened by it, that she continues to be emotionally upset about it, i just can't imagine that it's going to be difficult for this jury to connect with her and this jury to find in her favor. >> reporter: the hotel says barrett is a criminal who tricked them into gaining access to andrews but andrews' lawyers say the hotel did nothing to prevent barrett from finding her room number and failed to notice he had removed and altered the peephole on her door. >> stands there for 4 1/2 minutes and videos her. >> reporter: barrett posted his video on the internet and it went viral. experts say millions watched it.
