this calls for one cup shredded mozzarella cheese. and that was a half a cup, i'm just going to go ahead and use the rest. then it calls for a quarter cup of parmesan. it calls for six ounces of this, i don't even know how to pronounce it -- neufchtel cheese. it's basically the healthier version of cream cheese. it says to cube it and only provide six ounces, well i'm kind of lazy -- so i just put in the entire brick. i did chop it up when i was preparing this earlier. it calls for eight ounces of trimmed spinach. the problem is, is i like convenieince, and they only have six ounce or ten ounces of precut spinach. throw that in.you also put in one garlic clove, minced and you put in a quarter teaspoon of pepper. we've only got 30 seconds, i've already premade this stuff, got some professional tasters from the newsroom. coming in. and i'm stirring it up. and kristen even said 'there's no frozen spinach in this?' i said 'no.' so i'm mixing it up in the crock pot that i made earlier today. two hours. and guys come on in and taste it. again, this is a healthier version. no mayonnaise. try it out. i'm stirring, still stirring. annalisa: looks good. sarah: you can try it, too! pat: clearly very hot. sarah: yeah. pat. as it should be. ... mmmm. sarah: good! mike: yeah. it is good. pat: and i'm not a fan of spinach. mike: i'm not either.
