resort and conference center. ben carson will be at dordt college de yager student activities center in sioux center. hihitrust in god town ha:00 p.m. and doors open at 1 ted cruz will take his cruzin' to caucus event to ida grove at the community center. it starts at 4:30 p.m. then he will head over to sioux city where he will hold a rally at western iowa tech community college. congressman steve king will be the guest speaker of that event, which starts at 8:00 p.m. martin o'malley will have a countdown to caucus event in cherokee. it will be held at 8:45 a.m. at danny's sports spot. o'malley will be in spencer at 10:45 a.m. at the bear. he will then be in storm lake at the better day cafe at 12:30 p.m. rand paul wiwi be in sioux city as well. his rally starts at nono at the holiday inn. marco rubio will be at bev's on the river in sioux city. he will hold his "rally with marco" event at 9:00 a.m., doors open at 8:30 a.m. rick santorum will be at blue

rs ago, the keel was laid for the ship that would become the uss sioux city. tomorrow, the sioux city will be christened, and launched, from a shipyard in northern wisconsin. ktiv's matt breen has been with the sioux city every step of the way... he's at marinette marine, where the sioux city will hit the water tomorrow. matt breen/marinette, wi (livesuper) sheila, when i was here in october, we couldn't even get aboard the uss sioux city as construction crews worked around the clock to get the ship ready for a 2016 launch. today, i joined a delegation, from sioux city, aboard the ship. never before has anyone gotten to tour a littoral combat ship so close to

uss sioux city tour/marinette, wi the ship is impressive... measuring 378 feet long... that's longer than a football % field. and, it weighs 8-million pounds. more impressive? the words "sioux city" stamped on the stern. this close to launch, the electrical system are shut down, and all off the controls are covered. once inside, temporary flourescent lights helped us make our way through ship. one stop was the nerve center of the ship... the pilot house. that's where the captain, and executive officer sit... they don't even have chairs yet! xo ken lieberman led the tour, and has followed the sioux city's construction... from the keeel laying, to tomorrow's launch. he's looking forward to taking the ship out onto the water. cdr ken lieberman, uss sioux city "there is nothing more satisfying than for a navy crew to be on the ship, out on the open ocean, defending the freedoms of this great country of ours." the delegation was made up of zens of folks from sioux city, including mayor bob scott. tonight, on "news 4 at six",

"he liked wwe, he thought that was kind of cool. he can get through three years of cancer, i can make it through one season with wrestling," shumate said. shumate's brother brayden passed in the spring. the team helped a teammate mourn and brittney competes in his memory. for both girls, the decision to participate in what's called a 'boys sport' is personal. so are the stereotypes they try to overcome. "at one of my meets i went into the locker room. there were a bunch of cheerleaders and they said that it was really awesome that we're doing that and they wish they would've went out for wrestling. a lot of little girls are starting to go out for wrestling too and i think that's pretty awesome," thoreson said.
