"im sorry we're not gonna see what she could have been.....cries" "i wasn't there but i just can't help but believe that it was an accident." 26-year old kalli medina-brown's body was discovered by hotel and casino staff early sunday morning. her grandfather says detectives told medina-brown's mother, video from inside "the d" shows the 26-year old walking one way while her husband walked the other way. he says the video shows medina- brown walking into the maid's closet. that's when he says the video
town from northern california. we are now getting our first look at the victims gunned down near the strip.... friday. the mother of one of the women says the two were best friends. they were in town for a graduation party. "melissa had no children, jenny had two children" (butted with) "i don't even know how to express the saddness that our family is going through right now." the two 27 year-old's were fatally shot in the chest. melissa mendozas mom says she was fiercely loyal. jennifer chicas had two small children of her own! the man they were with is a relative. he was critically injured but survived. the arrest report details how 30 year-old omar talley pointed a gun at the victim's in their car! they sped away but talley chased them down firing multiple shots. talley told police he was drunk and high that night. he says he only saw a fight at shoot anyone.

gunman accused of shooting up a home near eastern and harmon. witnesses say there were shell casings were all over the street yesterday morning. the home has several bullet holes in it. thankfully no one was hurt but neighbors who heard the gunfire are frightened. roque ramirez, heard gunshots 6:16:51-6:16:59 "we didn't know what it was. it sounded like someone hammering on something and it was enough to wake both my wife and i up." if you have any information please call police. the man accused in a deadly hit and run crash will face a judge this morning. 51-year-old daniel garcia- martinez was arrested for the north las vegas crash that killed a little girl on superbowl sunday. police say garcia-martinez was driving the van that hit 2-year-old evelyn green. he took off and is now facing a long list of charges. he's expected in court at 8 a- m...where he will be formally advised of his charges. garcia-martinez is also expected to enter his plea. report-v a valley man behind bars this morning with bail set at 25-thousand dollars.
his son died in an apparent the gun that -12- year old sincere manuel used belonged to his dad olin manuel. olin is a convicted felon and shouldn't have a gun in the first place. a new medical marijuana dispensary is open for business this morning. congresswoman dina titus was among those on hand for yesterday's ribbon cutting ceremony at "the apothecarium". she says this dispensary is different from the others around the valley. neighbors shouldn't be worried about the type of crowd it will attract....it's actually an asset.
