today. this will bring us lots of sunshine, but it will also create a breezy north wind. so it will be chilly. tomorrow we'll develop light southerly winds with the sunshine. so we highs in the 60s both days. clouds will increase late sunday with a few showers chance for rain tuesday breaking news overseas this morning. just hours ago, turkish officials confirmed reports that a syrian national is behind a deadly bus bomb yesterday in the country's capital. they also say nine people have been arrested in connection with the attack, and that syrian kurdish militants are responsible. the huge explosion killed at least 28 people, and hurt more than 60 others. a turkish newspaper said investigators identified the syrian national through fingerprints. it also said the man had been registered as a refugee in turkey. new this morning, we can show you security camera footage of the bomb.

you can see someone walk down the street and cars camera, and smoke left behind. the buses targeted were carrying military personnel. turkey recently suffered two other deadly attacks. 10 german tourists died in a suicide bombing in instanbul, and more than 100 died in a double-bombing at a peace rally. investigators believe isis was behind both of those attacks. new this morning, major news for anyone who owns a toyota. we're on your side with a massive recall warning you need to know about. the automaker is recalling 2-point-87 million vehicles because of a seat-belt issue. toyota executives say a piece of metal could damage the seat-belt during a crash, which could keep it from properly restraining a person. most of the vehicles affected are the rav-4 s-u-vs made between july 2005 and august 2014. if you own one, toyota

"why are we even being arrested for something we didn't do. we are the victims here. my car got shot. my friend got shot. why aren't they being investigated." believe police have charged you in connection with this?" "'cause my friend got shot and it's word on the street, whatever they're saying, that's all portsmouth police go by, is word on the street." last september, prosecutors dropped all the four other murder suspects in the case. however, recently the commonwealth's attorney office decided

first-degree murder. police are still looking for 19-year- old andre keel, 21-year-old jalon trotter, 21-year-old roderick britt. if you can help police find these men, call the crime line. a hampton man is due in court this morning after police say he tried to rob a store last month. but instead of getting cash, the suspect ended up in the hospital. a store clerk shot 21-year-old tacarie veney when police say he held up the gift card a-t-m store on west mercury boulevard on january 29th. veney's injuries were not serious. he went to the hospital, and then to jail. however, the employee shot and killed a suspected accomplice, 18-year- old timothy johnson. police say the clerk had a permit to carry the gun and won't face any charges. today a local man is scheduled to face charges after deputies say he exposed himself to women. the gloucester sherriff's office says devin parker went up to three different women in the walmart parking lot on walton lane and asked for

longer the frontrunner in the race for president. ted cruz now holds the top spot with 28th percent. trump slipped to 26-percent. marco rubio is in 3rd at 17-percent. he's the most widely liked g-o-p candidate among republicans. john kasich has 11-percent, and ben carson isn't far behind with just 10- percent. jeb bush is in a distant fifth place with just four-percent. a new democratic poll shows hillary clinton and bernie sanders are nearly in a dead heat for nevada. clinton has a slight lead with 48-percent of caucus attendees saying they'd support her. 47-percent say they are for sanders. the poll isn't good news for the clinton campaign. in october she was leading sanders by double-digits. new this morning, firefighters in colorado say a dog is to blame for

crews say it happens more often than you think. four dogs were inside the home in colorado springs when the fire started. investigators say one of the dogs turned on a burner on a gas stove. they suspect the a pizza box sitting on top of the stove. time from combustibles that should not have ever been placed in that sacred area. you should keep anything that is flammable at least 3 feet away from that stovetop area" two dogs died in the fire, but two others survived. fire investigators say the stove was older and did not have the pilot safety built in. family members say they will not leave food on the stove any more. good morning, hampton roads. let's check
