another meth lab overnight! this all started as a call about a hazardous materials situation. officers raided a home on sidney place, off jefferson avenue near main street. let's get right to 10 on your side's rico bush who's been talking with police all morning. rico, what are investigators saying about its connection to other meth lab busts we've been reporting? newport news, va. (wavy) - newport news police say they busted another meth lab overnight. police raided a home on sydney place, off jefferson avenue, near main street. 10 on your side got video of crews working inside and outside the home while wearing hazmat suits. 10 on your side's rico bush is on the scene. he says police told him, they have a male suspect they plan to charge. this is the third meth lab bust in newport news in less than a week. police busted one sunday on middlesex road and another tuesday, also on middlesex road. officers

as jen mentioned, state police are investigating a deadly accident on the eastern shore. troopers say one person died after three vehicles crashed in accomack county. it happened last night on route 13 northbound near daugherty road. v-dot closed the lanes as police investigate. we're working to learn what happened and who died. as soon as we get more information, we'll pass it along to you. today a local headstone salesman is expected back in court for sentencing. 10 on your side has followed many victim's cases against edward prince in several local cities. this morning he's expected to go before a judge in chesapeake. prince pleaded guilty to taking money for headstones but never delivering to grieving families. so far he's been convicted of fraud in four different local cities. a fiery ending lap. we'll

this morning a virginia beach couple is recovering after a weekend fire at their home. blount were both seriously hurt when flames ripped through their home on victoria drive. that's off south plaza trail. alerted by their dogs barking - marsha escaped. firefighters later rescued her husband, darnell. since then, doctors released marsha from the hospital, but darnell is still in the icu. their daughters spoke only to ten on your side saying - both employees. c1 19:12:22 - she had just retired. and the plan was for her and my seeing your parents who have worked so hard for certain things and for them to have to start all over... several community members started collecting money

eisenhauer and natalie keepers. eisenhauer faces abuduction and murder charges. police charged keepers with accessory before and after the fact and illegally dumping nicole's body just across the state line in north carolina. new this morning a bill is moving through the general assembly, that could keep the names of police officers a secret. the legislation would exempt names and training records of law enforcement officials from freedom of information act requests. opponents say the names are an important tool in watching whether police departments are hiring problem officers with taxpayer money. supporters of the bill believe handing over lists of officers and deputies would put them in danger. also new this morning, taxpayers in virginia are picking up the bill for guests in a redskins suite. the bill came to $2,435 dollars for food and drinks in a luxury box. it happened during a playoff game from last month. the richmond times-dispatch reports four of the 15 people in the box worked for businesses considering
