>> reporter: before a judge sentenced her teenagers killer, people talked about how community. >> i miss her. >> put this animal behind bars and do not give him the opportunity to shatter another persons life. >> reporter: friends and family of colleen ritzer pled to the judge before he sent philip chism to prison. >> the wofs of this tragedy will never wayne.
