two top veterans affairs leaders in cincinnati are out this morning. but a veterans group is saying that's not enough.the officials were at the center of a four month investigation into mismangement at the v-a done by wcpo and the scripps news washington bureau. bureau.9 on your side's jordan burgess is live with why veterans say they still have concerns about the care they're getting. in just a few hours veterans will gather here inside the millenium hotel in cincinnati. organizers say to expect to hear a lot of anger and outrage. the reason for that?..the v-a announced the retirement of network direct jack hetrick and the reassignment of dr. barbara temeck.our investigation looked into allegations dr. temeck was prescribing drugs to hetrick's wife when she shouldn't have been.a subsequent v-a

video our crews shot just this morning - shows hundreds of fish dead in their basement. the couple uses this area to breed fish. kelly lewber says the power was off from about 3:30 yesterday afternoon to 3:30 this morning. in that time, the temperatures in the tanks dropped dangerously low. lewber says power outages seem to be happening more often.
