lead up to the murder of the 16- year-old girl. we know it happened right outside of the home you are looking at here. there are several other residents that live along the street. i got a chance to speak to them and they told me they would see this young girl out and about walking up and down the sidewalk with her boyfriend. this happened yesterday when she was shot just before 1:00 in the afternoon, when apopka police responded to the home. after reports of shots fired. when they arrived, they found the 15-year-old girl had been shot and killed. crime scene tape surrounded the home as investigators worked to find her killer it was by the evening they announced they arrested the 16-year-old. the suspect has been charged with second degree murder. i just spoke to those in the area that heard of the arrest. here's what they told me. >> it's pretty sad.

arrested. >> and we have reached out to the joint homicide investigation team woe is now leading this investigation. we are working to find out the name of that suspect as well as when he will face a judge. we will have what we find on "eyewitness news" at 6:00. >> >> we told you 15-year-old antwon davis was shot and killed last weekend. 17-year-old michael anderson appeared in court yesterday and will remain in jail for 21 days. investigators say that he met anderson's girlfriend lead police to the suspect, where he was hiding in a wooded area. we first told think morning about a shooting at the diamond club. deputies told us several involved. day.

potential suspect. >> reporter: the sheriff's office told me they have interviewed several people and they have possible leads. it happened at the club behind me. they were out here 12:30 early sunday morning and they waited until the daytime hours to take another look at the parking lot to look for additional evidence deputies placed yellow evidence markers outside of the club on semoran boulevard. some of them near shell casings they found. the police say a shooting lead to a shooting in the parking lot. one man died. two were sent to the hospital. they are in critical condition. deputies are working to find out if those involved were part of a motorcycle group or affiliated with a gang. again, for arrests have been made so far. i did reach out to the general manager of the club.

shooting. reporting live in orange news" >> this is not the first shooting orange county deputies investigated near the diamond club. in january, a man told deputies he was shot in the torso near the club. he drove himself to another business and died at the hospital. >> is there we just got this picture into our newsroom. you can see what is left of the garage at this house in edgewater. firefighters say it happened last night around 8:00. crews say no one was hurt and they contained the flames to the garage. >> >> an i4 ramp in mateland is expected to reopen tomorrow morning. the ramp to i4 westbound is closed this weekend as part of the i4 construction project.

orlando police are still looking for the man woe shot and killed someone if front of children. residents along the area said the gunman opened fire near a playground where children were playing. we talked with one mother woe asked us not to show her face. she is concerned about the boldness of that shooter. >> i don't understand why anybody with come here if broad daylight to shoot anybody. >> a $1,000 reward is being offered by crime watch for arrest. >> >> fire station exact locations have not been -- the county selected a design firm to work on the project and the mayor wants $18 million to fund the project. according to new reports, traffic is making it harder for emergency responders to respond
