the defamation lawsuit brought by seven cosby accuses. lawyers from mrs. cosby had filed a motion for protective order exempting her from testifying last friday saying quote she's a 71-year-old woman who was had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case. deposition would be held in a public and unsecured venue circus. and personal security threat that serves no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her. but judge magistrate ruled against her writing quote cosby's decision to wait until the 11th hour to file the february 19 motion borders on bad faith. and was reason enough to deny the cosby's protective already. mrs. cosby filed an emergency motion saturday night appealing that ruling but judge gianni upheld hennessey's ruling saying quote judge hennessey ruling and orders at the hearing are not clearly erroneous a contrary to the law.
