happening literally 5 minutes from where i work, potentially witnessing someone who could be president of the united states. states.kumanyika did tell us when he was asked to leave the only reason given was because the trump campaign requested it.and though he was upset no one stood up for him when he was asked to leave...he isn't angry with attendees but says instead that there is an atmosphere of fear that he hopes people will take a closer look at. 3 "i feel that we need to stop looking at the people who are scared and look at the people who are making them scared. there are people who are benefiting from the atmosphere of fear that has become a part of this campaign, a part of america right now. i think we need to look at the people who are benefiting from that fear and not the people who were at the rally. rally.the video kumanyika shows him standing during trump's speech.he says he never thought to sit down because many other people at the rally were standing.we reached out to the anderson county sheriff's office for

she died at the scene.the driver and another passenger were both taken to the hospital.no word on their condition. 3 in greenville county-mauldin police say a 16-year-old girl is locked up--charged with murder, attempted murder, and attempted armed robbery in connection with a shooting outside of a bojangles restaurant. restaurant.police say the teen had an active role in planning and carrying out an attempted armed robbery at the bojangles on east butler road on january 30th. 30th.it led to the shooting death of 19-year-old savon allen.police say the shooting was drug-related. drug-related.after the killing three other teens were arrested.19-year-olds trevonte watts and william newton... and a 15-year-old girl were also charged with murder. 3 emily street in greenville county is back open after a house fire shut down the road earlier this morning. morning.troopers say the street was closed near laurel trace circle while firefighters battled the blaze. it was reported just before 6

3 the greenville fire department is continuing to monitor a small gas leak that prompted an evacuation at christ church episcopal school earlier this afternoon. afternoon.some upper school students were evacuated as a precaution and moved to another building after officials say they smelled natural gas.firefighters say the gas was shut off and piedmont natural gas was called out to check the lines. they say it appeared there was a small leak.classes continued in the alternate location while the repairs took place. 3 also in greenville county- renewable water resources workers say a yellow dye discovered in the water is *not a threat to public health or the environment. discovered the dye in the water collected at the mauldin road water resource recovery facility.they released a statement saying the source is likely a colorant manufacturer...but that further analysis needs to be done to verify the source.the company says the dye is no longer appearing in rewa systems...and should clear from the river by sunday. 3 the search for a madison

just beforeexit 51/385 3 3 here's a live look 3 at the s.c.d.o.t. cam on-- 3 back to you guys: 3 were following breaking news out of greenville county... 3 where fountain inn police say they have made an arrest after a local church was shot up by vandals last month.fountain inn police chief telling us they have charged 18-year-old robert grigsby with malicious injury to a place of worship. worship. 3 you may recall the greenville county sheriff's office first reported damage to rocky creek missionary baptist church back in early january. then it was later discovered that bethlehem baptist and calvary baptist churches were also damaged.fountain inn police say grigsby is only facing charges in connection to the damage at bethlehem baptist...but deputies and simpsonville police are still investigating the damage to the other churches.we will continue to follow this developing story and have more for you tonight at 10/

cheating and plagiarism. 3 3 3 the dreaded zero...natteachers have threatened students with it for ages...if they don't complete their assignments... cheat..or plagiarize...for greenville county middle schoolers, though...04:16:45 "right now it's a work in progress."zeros are about to be zeroed out. 3 3 04:18:25"it's going to take 3 100s just to pull that up to just a d."the greenville county school board discussed the no-zero grading practice in tuesday's meeting...it's a way district officials say to prompt students to bring up their grades. zeros, they say, are simply too de-motivating. so now, students who don't turn in work...will get a flat grade of 61...a failing grade, but not a zero. 04:17:05 "sometimes grades are hooked to behavior and we don't want that, we want authentic assessment of what the student knows."principal karen kapp at sevier middle school says her teachers are already
