just after five tonight a dart bus come through janet brown's living room in the 38-hundred block of cambridge. she wasn't injured... and credits a sink full of dishes for saving her life.. 49:45-49:58 i was sitting in the living room watching tv... and the walls were in the bus driver.. and one passenger were treated for non-life threatening injuries. police are still investigating the cause but suspect a medical condition is to blame. the centerville police department is celebrating the actions of one of its officers... the officer faced a life-threatening situation... but did everything force... on camera... channel 13's mike dasilva has the story. 30 year-old jacob myers is lucky completely out of

myers is facing multiple charged including assault on a peace officer and criminal mischief. he's being held at the appanoose county jail...bond is set at ten thousand dollars cash only. investigators hope forensic evidence leads to an arrest in the death of a des moines woman. police discovered the body of 71-year old norma jean mc-neeley yesterday morning inside her home on pioneer road. police tell the des moines register she died a quote, "violent death." investigators are now processing evidence from the scene trying to identify a suspect. police say they will release additional information tomorrow morning. police are also investigating the death of a des moines architect and real estate developer. 62 year old kirk blunck died
and police say they are still trying to determine if it was an accident.. or a criminal act. an autopsy will take place tomorrow. tonight we're hearing from the des moines school district employee accused of abusing a student... its started with this video... school bus attendant ruby taylor is accused of pinning a student in his seat... and pushing his head into a window. the district fired taylor... and school bus driver terri brown after seeing the video. both filed for unemployment.. and the administrative judge overseeing the case wanted answers. 3605-do you think thats an appropriate way to restrain a child on a bus. no. why did you do it then?
