several stops throughout the state ahead of saturday's primary. this morning she started in west columbia, then making her way to sumter to speak to students at morris college. tomorrow morning she will host a town hall meeting in williamsburg county. south carolina democrats may not recognize one name on the ballot in saturday's primary. chicago businessman willie wilson is running for president as a champion of ordinary americans not beholden to corporate interests. he spolke with wis-news 10 today. wilson's a self-made millionaire who worked his way up from poverty in louisiana to running an international medical supply company and his own gospel radio show. he says he has plenty of experience running a business and dealing with international issues. as for the experience of washington veterans like bernie sanders and hillary clinton, williams says that kind of experience has "caused" the problems ameria has today. this country should have economic empowerment to reflect the citizens of america. this country should have free education. if cuba and china can have free education, why not us?

"if you're going for like 20 or 30 minutes, it's going to be about pacing yourself. but if you're going for a sprint which is like 500 meter row, you're going to go for speed. that's going to be your work. and that's going to be your recover." not only is this a full body workout, but it's a full body aerobic exercise. "you're going to feel this on the top of your legs, in your legs, your lower back, and your upper back because now you're working that upper back with that pull. and the drive is coming from your legs." rowing also gives you a nice stretch in the hamstrings. plus, it's very doable - despite a cast.
