finances.. health care.. and who's more progressive.clinton took a swipe at sanders .. at the start.. accusing the vermont senator of smearing her progressive credentials... but sanders didn't back down. 3 (hillary clinton/ (d) presidential candidate): (:10) "the republicans want to repeal the affordable care act. i want to improve it. i want to build on it, get the cost down, get the prescription drug cost down. senator sanders wants us to start all over again."(bernie sanders/ (d) presidential candidate): "i am on the health education labor committee. that committee wrote the affordable care act. the idea that i would dismantle health care in america while we're waiting to pass a medicare for all is just not accurate." (:34) clinton also tried to talk about her experience while attempting to distance herself from wall street.the two candidates will face off for their sixth debate next thursday in milwaukee. republican candidates will debate in new hampshire tomorrow. 3 concerns this morning at miami university.. that drinking is getting out of hand at some fraternity parties.more than 20 students were taken to the

when classes started last month.three of those students had high concentrations of alcohol in their systems.. and they'd been at fraternity houses off campus. that weekend was the start of spring semester and fraternities were recruiting. dr. matt patel / mccullough-hyde hospital 8:40 "being on campus it's not an unusual circumstance that we see intoxicated students here you know on friday, saturday nights. i think the volume that day was a little higher than usual." 8:55fortunately.. none of the students had serious injuries. two fraternities are facing disciplinary action now because of the incidents. 3 the number of delta flights out of c-v-g isn't expected change after another round of personell cuts.. 120 workers will soon be out of a job here.. 185 more will have their hours cut. delta puts the blame on overstaffing.. the company says some workers will be able to transfer to other airports. the changes will take effect may first. 3 a local non profit is getting

we're 3 tracking a breaking news alert right now.dozens of workers are trapped after a mine collapse in south africa. a representative from the miners' union says 87 people are trapped after a building collapsed above a gold mine. we will continue to follow this story and bring you updates as we get them on local 12 and local 12 dot com. 3 two n-y-p-d officers are hospitalized after a shooting incident in the bronx. authorities report the cops were on a routine patrol inside a public housing complex when shots were fired. one officer was struck in the head.he is listed in stable condition.neither officer is facing life- threatening suspect died at the scene from a self- inflicted gunshot wound.a second is in custody. 3 there's an interesting search going on in columbus right now.for a monkey. a police officer spotted the howler monkey yesterday morning. no one there has an exotic animal

wanted in four states was shot in a gun battle early this morning in the florida panhandle. blake fitzgerald died and brittany harper was wounded according to to the u-s marshal's office. the shooting followed a massive manhunt that started around 1:30 this morning. their crime spree through the south allegedly involved kidnapping a hotel clerk, breaking into several homes and robbing stores. 3 there are now at least four dozen reported cases of the zika virus in the united states.mosquitoes are rapidly spreading the virus in latin america and the caribbean. it's linked to a serious birth defect that caused several thousand babies to be born with small heads.florida's governor just added a fifth county to the first health emergency in the u-s involving the virus.the state health department confirmed travelers brought back 12 cases. 3 officials in kent, connecticut are considering a controversial program that would give teachers guns.the proposal says that arming teachers would make them the first line of defense during a school
