i'll show you coming up. >> bill: thanks. of course, it may be super bowl weekend but many cleveland fans are still talking about johnny manziel. dallas police have opened 5 criminal investigation on the troubled browns' quarterback. shanice dunning talked to a legal analyst. >> reporter: dallas police are investigating what happened during a fight between manziel and his girl friend. she told policeman zell struck her several times. police say she was uncooperative first, but later filed a police report. >> reporter: a dallas defense trial attorney says hesitation in these cases isn't unusual. >> especially in family violent situations, dating relationships, people want to think about what they are going do before they call the police.

outcry chips away at her credibility. >> reporter: dallas police are investigating to see if there will be any charges. palmer says if manziel is charged with misdemeanor assault he could face a year in dallas county jail and $4,000 fine. palmer says it is likely manziel will be put on probation. cleveland fans are mixed about what should happen. >> i think if he may a good turn around we would stay with him. >> i foal bad for anyone who has personal problems. >> he has great potential. the fact that he keeps getting this trouble puts pressure on our city. >> bill: this is the second incident between crawley and manziel in october he was pulled over after he had an argument in his car, but he was not charged. >> now to hinckley township, a man held in connection with a

he will face a judge tomorrow. stkeupls was taken into -- s was taken into custody. they phone develop activities dead -- inside. sims will be arraigned tomorrow. we'll be there and have all the latest. now the village of sebring and water update. the village says state regulators have told them that water levels are below the federal allowable limit that's 96% of the samples that were tested this week were below that limit. the epa has been testing water for about two weeks since. of course, three people are in custody after taking a child from a home on friday. the abduction happened as a

that baker and the child's another. after taking the child she fled in a car with two men, amber alert issued, the child was returned and the three are in custody. they are facing charges of child abduction. we will follow that as well. it is the biggest day of the year for nfl fans. now, they have more to celebrate. canton's football hall of fame released a list of the inductees for this year. that list clues owner eddie bartow la. coach dungy, kevin green, marvin -- harrison, orlando pace, kevin stabler, dick stanfield and brett favre. remember, you can catch the game right here on cbs 19.

presidential candidates, they faced-off in new hampshire. it was a chance for all the candidates to make their case. of course, tuesday's primary is coming up. danielle nottingham reports from manchester. >> reporter: the debate kicked off with a bit of confusion. dr. carson and donald trump apparently didn't realize they had been call to the stage. -- had been called to the stage while others passed them by. trump took center stage. >> what donald trump did was use eminent domain to try to take the prop of an elderly woman on the strip of atlantic city. >> let me talk, quiet. >> reporter: trump holds a strong lee in new hampshire, rubio surged to number two that made him target of attacks about his leadership experience. >> when you talk about

medina, that is expected tomorrow. is there an end in sight for the sebring water crisis? state regulators say lead levels in tap water have been below the federal allowable limits of 90 six% of the samples that were tested this week. the -- the village being scrutinized by the epa it has been testing water for two weeks since letting people know that the water there could be unsafe. north korea caused add large after launching a -- caused an alarm after launching a satellite. it is believe to be cover for a long range missile test. many countries are alarmed including the u.s., south korea and japan have

rain showers early on overnight. this is 4 a.m., no weather worries today. however, when you start planning monday you have to include wintry mix, monday morning commute could be a sloshy, soggy, heavy wet snow filled one, i don't think it will slow us down, when you get rain and mixed precip on the roads early on a monday morning, that could be tricky. we warm to about 40. monday we'll see rain showers possibly during the daytime, then temperatures start drifting colder, for your right home could see more snow monday evening. the rain doesn't affect today, we'll see sun with clouds on the increase. rain comes in overnight, winter reality unfortunately returns and that wintry mix of snow to rain, back to snow, monday, colder for next week.

want to totally be doom and gloom, when i press that button it is not attractive week ahead. we start with wintry mix monday, tuesday another cold front that's going to be the bad one mainly because that's going to take temperatures bill, and spin them around. light snow is likely tuesday and wednesday as well. how much snow? models are indicating an institution day, an institution day night, another wednesday, another inch wednesday night. add that with the slop monday, my advice would be if you like your driveway totally snow and ice-free that slop monday night you have to shovel it off because temperatures are going to dip so low look at sunday. we are taking a dip in temperatures as we head towards next week, in coming week i should say. no relief, we warned you last

simms will be arraigned tomorrow. sebring, there is a water update coming out of that part of our state, regulators say, lead levels in tap water have been below the federal allowable limits that is 96% of the samples that were tested this past week were below that limit. the ohio epa has been testing water for about two weeks since letting people know that the unsafe levels of lead was in their water samples. three people are in custody, taking a child from a home is what police say they are in custody for. the abduction happened as a result of a fight between raina becker and the child's mother.
