pretreated and taking on the snow and melting it. some side streets and sidewalks could be icy, not only from what you see here, but the snow overnight. the snow showers will be gone by 9:00 a.m. maybe before then. as we look at the wide view we have cloud cover, and we have hints of breaks in clouds out in central pennsylvania. we'll reintroduce sunshine in the skies today. temperatures are below freezing or right on it and lingering flakes makes for slick sidewalks and roads. be careful walking around this morning. 32 degrees still on the freezing mark in philadelphia and in millville and dover. below freezing in wilmington, allentown and reading, obviously all these spots would would be a

concern this morning for patchy black ice. as we head out this morning, cloudy skies, and snow showers can't be ruled out, as you just saw. between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., it will be on or below the freezing mark. after 9:00 a.m. we march up. i expected high of 40 around 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., we'll still be above freezing at 8578, 9:00 a.m. tonight, we'll start to dip and see if there's a refreeze there. roads will be a big story this morning, or not so big of a story. >> reporter: i think it's a big story because you have to see what they look like before you head out. this is the 202 parkway, you can see the snowfall coming down, you can see slushy patches here and there. although the roads are wet, we are catching slush and snow here and there. that's tricky because you'll think its fine you'll go flying

spots. >> reporter: we have more snow as david reminded us in the western suburbs. you need to be careful because some spots, the roads are wet and other spots there's snow on the roads. the border of montgomery and bucks county, a plow truck just went by, you can see the snow on the roads, and the turn lanes, while the main rains are wet. ment snow showers are coming down. this is stump road at county line road. watch for that as you head out. in westville, gloucester county, we have flooding blocking delsea drive that's 47 at route 130. stick to 295 or broadway. flooding is an issue in new castle delaware, airport road near i-95 stick to 141 instead of airport road. middletown delaware, old state road is closed due to flooding.
