. good morning, it is 4:30, monday, february 29. here's what we're following on "action news,." gunfire erupts outside a philadelphia restaurants injuring two teenagers. ment drive-by shooting comes as the mayor plans to address gun violence. we're on the eve of super tuesday, one of the biggest days on the american political calendar. there's the oscars and what chris rock sailed during his monologue. what he was supposed to do was singe, not burn.

our katherine scott is live outside the 17th police district with more. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, that's right, the mayor had already planned to be in the area this evening, to attend a meeting about reduce be gun violence. it happened last night, two teens were injured in a drive-by shooting. one was taken to the hospital in critical condition. the other one is stable. surveillance video shows the victims standing outside a chinese restaurant at 31st and tasker in grays ferry, likely waiting for their food. a white or silver car approaches the corner an scwun inside opens fire. a 15-year-old was hit in the abdomin and foot, a 17-year-old in the arm and leg. i was in the kitchen cooking, i heard some noise, pop pop pop. i didn't see nothing, so i want back in. the happened around 5:45, the moments the teens are struck one ducks into the restaurant and

bucks county, i-95 approaching business route 1. we have construction in the process of clearing out, all lanes back open. no delays just yet. this is southbound traffic heading toward 413, looking good in bucks county. big picture, blue route, schuylkill expressway, i-95 mostly speeds in the 50s, don't forget in east falls, the falls bridge remains closed for another month. we have monument road closed between ford and belmont for long term construction. monument drive we had construction crews right about here when i showed you the shot. everything has cleared. everything looking good on the schuylkill expressway no problems. in cherry hill camden county, crews working on 70 westbound past 295. and once again causing the traffic shift. from our new jersey newsroom, a burglar slipped into the home in toms river while the residents were sleeping.
