violence in the area. two teens shot in a drive-by shooting. one in critical condition, the other table. surveillance video shows the teens outside a chinese restaurant likely waiting for food. a car approaches, someone opens fire. a 15-year-old hit in the abdomin and foot. 17-year-old in the arm and leg. i was in the kitchen cooking, i heard the noise, pop pop pop. >> reporter: it happened at 5:45. the moment the teens are struck, one ducks into the restaurant, the other took off down the street. you see more kids running for safety. police are looking for a light-colored car with a darker hood. it's been a violent start to the year in grays ferry. a man was shot on the 2000 block

of south ringgold. two shooting victims were transported when the ambulance crashed. a cab driver was shot three blocks from the weekend shooting. the mayor was going to be attending a meeting to discuss solutions to address gun violence in the area. the investigation continues, authorities are trying to determine what the motive was. we're live in grays ferry. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." a driver struck a pedestrian in new castle county delaware last night and fled the scene. the man was walking in hockessin and the victim died at the scene. we'll have a live report at 6:00 a.m. happening today, a judge in california will decide whether or not to dismiss a defamation case against bill cosby.

army staff sergeant assigned to the pentagon is going to be arraigned on charges that he killed his wife and rookie police officer on her face day. it was officer ashley guindon first day on patrol. she and two other officers answered domestic violence call. he shot at all three officers killing ashley guindon. the other officers are expected to recover. a deputy's body cam video captured the arrest of a shoplifting suspect, a deputy confronted her as she was leaving the department store on saturday. she was asked to go back into the store. that's when they got into a scuffle. as she struggles she slams her head into a wall. many criticized the deputy for the way he handed the arrest. the sheriff department said he

america runs on dunkin'. newsroom a double shooting at a cherry hill motel left a 17-year-old dead and a 20-year-old injured. it happened at the inn of the dove. it began with a fight at a party in one of the motel rooms and moved outside. the victims were shot inside the vehicle in the parking lot, there were arrests. police in toms river, new jersey are searching for the suspect who burglarized the home while the family was inside asleep. surveillance cameras captured him coming and going.
