sanders she would love to do that and start focusing on the fall election but faces a rough and tumble battle in new york the next two weeks and then pennsylvania's primary a week later. the latest poll has her up 6 points in the quaker state. >> senator sanders and i have real differences in how we would go about achieving our goals as president. and like a lot of people i am concerned that some of his ideas just won't work because the numbers don't add up. >> bernie sanders had a raucous victory rally in wyoming last night saying it's far from over. >> if we wake up the american people and working people and middle class people and senior citizens and young people begin to stand up and fight back and come out and come out and vote in large numbers, there is

is in for david and she is outside with the details. >> reporter: i am enjoying the sunshine out here. it was cold we had widespread freeze. normally a low of 41 we went down to 29 in philadelphia and 20 in allentown and only 13 in mt. pocono and a new record low in atlantic city, 22, the record was 24 set back in 1982, so it's very cold out there this morning. part of the reason was clear skies and hardly any breeze in the overnight and early morning. and we still see the skies full of sunshine, you look at this image you see the clouds building in from the north and west and the rain is not that far behind. that will impact us tomorrow. already temperatures are better here. 47 degrees, that is higher than yesterday. so not bad. 44 in allentown 36 in mt.
pocono. and 47 after a cold start in atlantic city and 48 in dover, delaware. but because of the humidity that we have, that is very low and a gusty breeze that is beginning to form, and will be more so this afternoon. there is an increased risk for fire danger not enough to call it a red flag morning but the national weather service wants us to be extra careful for an increased risk of fire danger. these temperatures are all over the place. 65 on saturday and down to 48 on sunday and today's high is 54 degrees, we are inching our way closer to average. normally we hit 60. not happening today but we are moving in the right direction. but we have a lot of rain coming our way tomorrow. we'll show you the timing of that and which commute will be the tough one. >> all right karen thank you. you can get a closer look at the path of that rain and the snow

just one or two clouds up above. as we look at chopper 6 hd, more clouds moving in up north. it's turning milder still below average. but getting better after a cold start to the day, temperatures will be 10 degrees higher than yesterday afternoon and but in for a rainy thursday and a couple of thunderstorms are coming your way and a chilly weekend complete with a chance for a little bit of snow. lets look at these numbers after a cold start we had widespread freeze. 47 degrees and temperatures rebounded nicely. 44 in allentown and 45 in trenton and 47 in millville and 48 in dover, delaware. a cold start and temperatures still below average. winds are now starting to gust and it was quiet overnight and early morning. hardly a breeze out there and now we see a gust. 22 miles per hour in the city and mt. pocono and reading. and it's out of the south-southwest that is why there is enhanced fire danger
especially in new jersey. we can see to the north some of the clouds that are filling in at this point. we are watching for the rain not all that far behind that. a wider look at that, here is the front coming through bringing us a good soaking tomorrow. ahead of it we see clouds and the rain hits us tomorrow and future tracker 6 will time that out for us. first, lets look at this day ahead. 4:00 p.m. up to 54 and normally we would have a high of 60, 6:00 p.m. 53 and sunshine and clouds mixing in and 8:00 p.m. 4 and 10:00 p.m. 48, and they stay in the 40s overnight. unlike the past couple of nights, temperatures tonight not nearly as cold. tomorrow the rain hits us, 61 is your high once the front comes swinging through and here is future tracker showing it's dry for the morning commute, but it's in the afternoon and
evening we get the heavy rain a half inch to inch of rain and some embedded thunder and the yellow and orange is indicating heavy rain and even your evening commute could be rounds of rain and thunderstorms. we could use a little bit of rain. lets skip to friday for the victory parade. a lot of people out there and it looks dry. maybe a shower in the far northwest in the morning and the rest of day is dry, and by 11:00 a.m. 48 and noon 49 and 1:00 p.m. 50 and still below average, could be a gusty, chilly breeze too. make sure you are dressed appropriately. here is your exclusive accuweather forecast after a cold start, it's not as cold this afternoon and breezy, 54 is your high with a rainy thunderstorm, in the afternoon and evening 61, friday and sunshine and a cooler high of 53, saturday we are looking for a couple of periods of rain or wet snow showers mixing in.
