confirmed by a democratic senate in president's reggen's final year, even though he was nominated a couple months before that. so, we're getting lot of back and forth on the campaign trail on whether or not this is even going happen. marco rubio says even if one is confirmed, it probably won't be in time to have an impact on this firm. so, the fight is on. we'll see how it proceeds. >> so many if's. it's pretty amazing. turning now to the race for white house. former president george w. bush is standing shoulder to shoulder with his little bruthotherbrother, jeb bush. both bush 41 and 43 won south carolina's primary. but jeb's strategy may be too little too late.
