and i'm ian reitz. within the last five minutes--more than 50 people took off for talahassee. they're making their voices heard on several anti- immigration bills in the statehouse. 10news reporter sarah hollenbeck is live in tampa. sarah, you just spoke with the folks headed to our state capitol. they told you they'll continue to fight until the end of the legislative session. yes, they recently recieved news that several of the anti- immigation bills that they feared would deport hard working folks and
believed americans would make the sensible choice and not elect trump...something the billionaire candidate labeled a 'great compliment.' trump responded by saying if he had run in 2012, he would have beaten obama. latest polls show trump, and democrat hillary clinton, leading by double- digits in the palmetto state. another republican presidential candidates is making headlines...getting backlash over a post on twitter. yea, take a look at the image that jeb bush tweeted out tuesday evening: a photo of a personalized gun with the caption "america." it's been retweeted more than 18-thousand times. but he's also getting a lot of negative feedback, including a response from edward snowden that says "delete your account." a new initiative in the city of tampa kicks off today. fire officials will be giving out weather radios to all mobile home parks to help keep neighbors safe in severe weather. 10news reporter emerald morrow is live at the winward lakes mobile home park in tampa. emerald, why the focus on these

sent the video and a the police have sent the video and a request to the state attorney's office to charge the teenage driver with reckless driving...that's a misdemeanor. 14 families from texas are without a home this morning after a fire destroyed an apartment complex. it took crews several hours to get the massive fire under control. thankfully, no one was killed, but a few people were hurt. neighbors who escaped the quick moving flames weren't sure if everyone would make it out alive. fire investigators are trying to figure out what started the fire.
who lost everything. a newborn boy is recovering this morning after his mother gave birth to him in the bathroom of a restaurant and then left him in the toilet. this surveillance video from a subway in california shows a woman walking into the bathroom and then walking out several minutes later. employees went inside and found the baby. they took care of him until paramedics arrived and he was rushed to the hospital. the woman was taken into custody and taken to the hospital. when released from the hospital she'll be arrested. new this morning, a historic shift in state water resources that has never been done. water from lake okeechobee will be released into the everglades to help with the dry season. a spokesperson for the u-s army corps of engineers says it could happen as early as this week. water will be released a few inches at a time through a reservoir to help clean it, so it won't be polluted. the only other times this system has been used is after tropical storms or hurricanes. if you want to go to one of the best beaches in the world, you don't have to go very far. according to trip advisor, clearwater beach was picked as

a montana family gave their neighbors quite a scare while enjoying a favorite tv show sunday evening. --a 911 call came in from a neighbor who heard "screaming from a house about someone having a gun." --a second caller helped the seven responding officers find the house. --officers surrounded the home. --looked in through a window and saw two adults and several children watching "a show about firearms." --the two windows close to the tv were opened. --but everyone was ok. --the family was watching 'amc's the walking dead' --it's a show about life during the zombie apocalypse. listen to this. a wendy's
after an upset customer bit her leg. latanya nelson says this woman claimed she was given the wrong order. she was so mad she stormed into the restaurant and jumped over the counter attacking nelson. the employee says she had to defend herself. nelson says the woman is the angriest customer she has ever served. she was able to she was able to fight her off. police then charged the woman with malicious wounding and intentionally damaging property. newspaper tease:
