than 1 percentage point at last count. and this primary proved enough to narrow the republican field squeezing jeb bush out of the race all together. meanwhile in nevada, hillary clinton made a comeback beating out bernie sanders in today's caucus. something many feel was a crucial jolt needed in her campaign after she lost to sanders in new hampshire. clinton took in about 52% of the vote and sanders came in with about 47%. clinton's victory is credited in large part to her latino support base in that state. in his concession speech sanders addressed his hopes for super tuesday. >> we are bringing working people and young people into the political process in a way we have not seen for a very long time. numbers. today we reached 61 at reagan national airport. 67 at dulles and bwi thurgood marshall. we know we shouldn't be there this time of year. well above the seasonal average and a real treat for sure. we had plenty of sunshine as well. right now we've got 49 degrees in dc, 55 at baltimore, 52 at dulles, 52 at winchester and 58 degrees at hagerstown and 54 degrees at gaithersburg. we've got some light winds and it is mild for tonight but it will be dry as well. not quite the story for tomorrow because we've got some wet weather coming our way along with a frontal system and tonight we'll see some partly cloudy skies. but your morning sunrise forecast for you, it will be 46 degrees and we'll see a few clouds at that point as well. we're going to see temperatures up and down and all over the place from mild to cool to back up again. but well again tomorrow up bof the seasonal average. 45 degrees for
11:10 pm
cloudy skies and light winds. we've got that southwest terly flow and tomorrow we'll have a day that will not reach into the upper 60s but maybe a few lower 60s here and there. but keep the umbrella handy. we'll be back after this break.

11:18 pm
>> you can stay in tomorrow and have some bread and some cheese and some wine and it's going to be a rainy wet day tomorrow so you might want to do that. anyway, matt, i have to concentrate on my weather. clouds tonight and dry tonight. we've got a frontal system and that frontal system is going to bring to us some wet weather as we move into tomorrow. take a look right now. dry conditions just some clouds. not a whole lot to be too concerned with. temperature wise we're going to see things change all over the place. we've got a wet sunday ahead for you. temps are going to be tipping again and next week we've got two storm systems totally complicated trying to figure it all out. we're talking from tuesday to thursday. look at the temperatures for today. highs well above the seasonal average. it pelt like a wonderful spring day outside. our temperatures now 52 at
11:19 pm
capital. 58 at hagerstown, and 53 at martinsburg. 24-hour temperature change, this is comparing what it was like yesterday at this time compared to today, 18 degrees warmer at quantico, 9 at dc, 14 at leonardtown. so tomorrow's highs are not going to be quite in the upper 60s but we could hit a few lower 60s but i'm kind of going more to the mid 50s to maybe a couple of upper 50s or so. that's because we've got this frontal system to deal with. this is going to sink its way to the south and along it we're going to see some showers develop. so tomorrow make sure you keep your umbrella handy if you're heading out. not a straight, heavy steady rainfall throughout the day. you'll see a little bit in the morning, a little bit of a break and start again, there will be some pocket
11:20 pm
so just be prepared for that. this is 8:00 in the morning. you can see over the far west and as we progress, 8:00 in the morning and lech:00 in the morning it starts to move its way in. the yellow is some heavier rainfall that will hit us and it continues through until about 3:00, still a few little light showers continue. the 6:00 hour we still have some over the northwest and a sprinkle or two and it hits all over again. behind all that, woons we get into the tuesday-thursday period, that's when we start to keep an eye on two systems. the first low pressure system here to the south will start to head its way up. the question is with this cold air in place, will it get out of the way will it kind of linger. if it lingers we can see a bit of a wintry mix before we get some rainfall. the second system is stronger and we're looking at this one being more of a rain event and we'll see that colder air but at that point looks like it will be out of the way. we don't want any more winter weather.
11:21 pm
skies with light winds and for tomorrow, your high is 56 degrees. it's umbrella weather. remember i told you that. a few showers here and there throughout the day and tuesday-wednesday-thursday period we're going to watch those systems and we'll be able to get a bit more pin point on that for you. >> sounds good. >> stay tuned.

11:28 pm
here's a look at your 7-day forecast. sunday is going to be night quite as warm as today but weigh have some rain too deal with so just be aware. and by monday we're back to some dry conditions. keeping an eye on two systems that are going to bring us a couple of storms as we head into the tuesday-thursday period. however, right now it looks like it will be more of a rain event than anything else and we're keeping our fingers crossed on that. we don't want any more snow. >> we've had the snow quota. >> i will take rain over any 30 degrees on there. >> we'll see you tomorrow. >> good night.
