(wavy) - newport news police say they busted another meth lab overnight. police raided a home on sydney place off jefferson avenue near main street. 10 on your side got video of crews working inside and outside the home while wearing hazmat suits. 10 on your side's rico bush is on the scene. he says police told him, they have a male suspect they plan to charge. this is the third meth lab bust in newport news in less than a week. police busted one sunday on middlesex road and another tuesday, also on middlesex road. officers arrested three people in those incidents. newport news, va. we're following breaking news out of libya where several dozen people have been killed by an overnight airstrike at an isis camp. the new york times reports, u-s military jets made the strike in the city of sabratha. that's located near the tunisian border. the report went to say, the raid targeted a senior tunisian operative that officials linked to two major terorist attacks in tunisia last year. we're working to get more information about the attack. we'll bring you any updates on air and on wavy-dot-com. right now, firefighters in oklahoma are battling a huge wildfire.

unbelievable video out of caddo county. this is about an hour outside oklahoma city. this wildfire is burning through about 40-thousand acres of land. it's being fueled by strong winds and a record heat spell. in one county alone, more than 17- thousand acres burned in just three hours. firefighters say the flames burned down some homes, but it has not hurt anyone yet. check this out his beautiful sight in yosemite national park in california. what looks like lava flowing down the side of this cliff is actually water. people call it a "firefall". it's a naturally occuring trick of lighting. the angle of the sun setting is illuminating the water and changing like lava. happening today, a mother officer-involved shooting last year in virginia beach. "i wont stop fighting for india. i wont stop fighting for mr perry

due process of law." that was 28-year-old india kager's mother. back in september, her daughter died after getting caught in the crossfires of a shootout between officers and her boyfriend, 35-year-old angelo perry. both died at the scene. their infant son was in the backseat of their car during the shootout, but was not hurt. later this morning at a church in virginia beach, kager's mother will demand answers about what happened. after police investigated the shooting and those involved, they connected kagan's boyfriend, angelo perry to several crimes, including the murder of guy cuffee. after kager's mother posted the emotional video describing her loss, cuffee's daughter posted one of her own defending the police department's actions. she says the shooting was justified. kagan's mother's protest is expected to start later this morning at 9:00. 10 on your side plans to be there, and will have an update later today. the so-called affluenza

in court today. a judge will decide if the case against 18- year-old ethan couch will be moved to an adult court. two weeks ago, officials moved couch from a juvenile facility to an adult jail, but that doesn't mean his case will move to an adult court. he's accused of violating his probation when he ran off to mexico with his mother. if he's found guilty of that, he could go to prison. a judge gave him probation after pleading guilty to a deadly crash when he was 16. he lawyer argued he was too rich to know the consequences of his actions. norfolk police say a serial burglar is at it again. investigators say he's responsible for three more burglaries, bring the grand total to eight. take a good look at this man. officers say he's hit several local restaurants, including the golden china on east little creek road on valentine's day. they also say last month, he broke into united refrigeration on progress road, and golden city on azalea garden road. this is video of when he attempted to break-in at ole bay

recognize the man, call the crime line at 1-888-lock-u-up. police say hampton roads is a hotbed for human trafficking. investigated it before, and how people in the community are trying to stop it. now newport news police is teaming up with survivors to help share their stories about a crime often hidden in plain sight. the newport news department of human services held a forum last night. survivor tanay street discussed how "pimps" manipulate victims by preying on the young and vulnerable. street says nearly 20 years ago, her then- boyfriend lured her into trafficking. police in hampton roads say they often see it on-line, in brothels, motels, and massage parlors. now investigators are pooling their resources to crack down on it. "we're bringing on non profits and advocates and service providers to try to help these ladies get out of this situation and better themselves." tanya street "today, law enforcement are becoming more aware,

human trafficking, looks like, understanding it, understanding the trauma involved." street says it was a police officer who rescued her from human trafficking. officers today say their biggest challenge is getting victims to trust them. a bizarre twist in the case against a suspected dog thief on the eastern shore! the commonwealth's attorney says the dog's owner came to court, but left the courtroom before testifying. bettina rodriguez faces charges for the theft. accomack county deputies say she and two others took the dog from a yard near parksley last year. because the dog owner left, the judge pushed the cash back until next month. good morning, hampton roads. let's check

now to new information about breaking traffic news near washington d-c, where commuters can expect big delays because of this crash on the capital beltway. our affiliate in the area says one person is seriously hurt in the crash. previously they said the tractor-trailer driver died in the crash after flipping the truck and crashing into a jersey wall. this is in montogermy county, maryland. the tractor-trailer crashed and spilled its contents - as you can see - onto the road. it's now only shutting down one side of the highway. two right lanes are now back open.

teen is scheduled to be in court today. a judge will decide if the case against 18- year-old ethan couch will be moved to an adult court. two weeks ago officials moved couch from a juvenile facility to an adult jail. however that doesn't mean his case will be moved to an adult court. he's accused of violating his probation and then running off to mexico with his mother. if he's found guilty of that, he could go to prison. he got probation after pleading guilty to a deadly crash when he was 16. he lawyer argued he was too rich to know the consequences of his actions. former subway pitchman jared fogle needs to file court documents by the end of the day if he wants to appeal his child pornography sentence. last year a judge handed down a maximum sentenced of more than 15 years in prison. fogle's legal team says the punishment is excessive. they also said it is longer than the maximum term prosecutors agreed to give fogle as part of his plea deal. fogle pleaded guilty to distributing and receiving child porn. he also admitted to paying

out how the accident happened. new this morning a bill is moving through the general assembly, that could keep the names of police officers a secret. the legislation would exempt names and training records of law enforcement officials from freedom of information act requests. opponents say the names are an important tool in watching whether police departments are hiring problem officers with taxpayer money. supporters of the bill believe handing over lists of officers and deputies would put them in danger. also new this morning, taxpayers in virginia are picking up the bill for guests in a redskins suite. the bill came to $2,435 dollars for food and drinks in a luxury box. it happened during a playoff game from last month. the richmond times-dispatch reports four of the 15 people in the box worked for businesses considering expanding operations in virginia. that came out to more than $150 dollars per person. a spokesman for governor terry mcaullife said
