when my eggs are scrambled up i'll put them into my sauteed browned egg, onions and potatoes and into that i'll add a little spinach and then i'm going to let it sit. you don't want to touch it too much. it'll start to set. cooked down but stay fresh. i add some cheese to it. >> goes into that. >> exactly.
