let's go back to wolf in washington. >> our political directors, you are looking at all the numbers. who showed up and what they won. >> he asked the voters as they showed up, what are you looking for in a candidate quality. this will help explain to everyone watching why ted cruz is where he is. take a look at this. among the voters that said i am looking for a candidate who shares my values, ted cruz is demolishing the field. 37% for cruz and 21% for rubio and 16% for carson and 7% for paul. that is 41% of the republican electorate. that was an important quality. when we asked about the quality of someone who can win, the electability question. rubio and 25% for trump and 22% for cruz and 2% for carly fiorina. not as many caucus goers looking for electability as for someone who shares their values. this quality, telling it like it is, that is the donald trump thing. that is what he is campaigning on. 67% of voters looking for a candidate who said i want someone who tells it like it is. only 15% of the republican caucus going electorate is looking for that quality. with four oust te

money and the stamina and the fact that you have ted cruz who is not liked by the establishment in washington. you have donald trump who if you add them both together you have over 50% of the vote. not liked by them. how much money do you think goes to marco rubio after today? >> well, i think that is the big decision that establishment candidates or the establishment part of the republican party, the centrist part, if you will, however you want to call it, they have to make a decision if they really want to put their power behind somebody like marco rubio. because if not, then, you know, we're sitting here talking about scenarios for ted cruz to go on longer. for marco rubio to go on longer. i talked about how donald trump is leading in every single other poll and every single other state outside of iowa. that is why those kinds of scenarios, if people don't start getting out and getting out fast and consolidating behind one or two candidates other than trump, i still think trump can actually trump everybody else moving forward. >> and when we come back we'll talk about much more in a second

he went on to bash the establishment in washington, the establishment in the media. this is left up to we the people. how much is he thanking the evangelical vote tonight? >> he opened and closed saying, god bless iowa. that was a big message to evangelicals tonight. they propped him up for his win in iowa. he is looking for this support, going forward. especially looking past new hampshire, when the cruz campaign looks for support in south carolina and the southern states. they're going to lean again on evangelicals, very conservative republicans. they want on their side. it's been a big part of the strategy. they've not tried to really appeal to moderate republicans as much. they're going straightforward to the evangelicals. and that seemed to be the message that cruz was sending tonight. >> now, on to new hampshire. sunlen on the ted cruz campaign plane. a terrific report. literally popping champagne onboard as they get ready to take off to new hampshire. >> where is ours? >> we are on for the next 3 1/2 hours. we're going to hear from her when she lands. >> it is

he was back in washington actually meeting with african-american leaders. he flew here and did three campaign events. a big difference in how they campaigned. hillary clinton i'm told by one close adviser was scared by what happened in new hampshire. so she clearly is campaigning more aggressively here. and the sanders campaign realizes they have a lot of energy a lot of support a lot of money behind them. this is not going to hurt him in the fundraising but it does show their campaign is not as equipped as her campaign to be as aggressive in these settings. she is the true athlete in this race. bernie sanders knows will have to step it up a little bit. >> impressive win for hillary clinton. she needed it she got it. she is going to be speaking soon. eventually we'll hear from bernie sanders as well. i want to go to brianna keilar right now. we expect to see her. i'm sure she is happy. she got the phone call from bernie sanders. >> we understand very much so wolf she is very happy. she was in her suite here at caesars palace receiving that phone call from b

typical politician. 70% of voters voted for an outsider candidate or someone who has never been in washington. they're tired of politicians. jeb bush says he's tired of politics too, but he's the stereotypical politician, so it's a confusing ad. >> do you think that was effective? >> i think it was very effective. one of the very best i've seen. this has nothing to do with political correctness. what donald trump said about john mccain and p.o.w.s, that's what turned me at that moment. i think this man is unfit. i think he's going to win new hampshire because there isn't enough time to cut into his lead. they're all fighting for second place. but frankly, that stuff isn't going to sell anymore now that voters are looking at these candidates more carefully and more closely. i think the ad is very effective and could cause some problems for donald trump. >> i'm wondering if you're looking at the outcome of iowa -- you saw that ad with jeb bush. the other candidates are saying hey, maybe we can slay the dragon. is it going to make a dent in donald trump's armor? >> the reason the result in iowa
