new hampshire except dr. ben carson who detoured to florida to pick up a fresh set of clothes after 17 days on the road. last night some members of the cruz team took the news that carson was not heading straight to new hampshire or south carolina and incorrectly told voter the media, specifically, cnn, reported carson was dropping out. the cruz team urged carson supporters in iowa to throw their support to cruz. cruz national co-chair tweeted with cnn reporting, quote, carson looks like he is out. iowans need to know before they vote, most will go to cruz, i hope. that's not what cnn reported. here's an e-mail cruz staffer sent to cruz's precinct captains, the press reporting that dr. ben carson taking time off from the campaign trail after iowa making a big announcement next week. inform caucus grgoers and urge m to caucus for ted cruz. cnn never reported that carson was out or making a big announcement next week. dr. carson who finished in fourth place called the tactics which the cruz team lies and dirty

we're live in new hampshire. five days from now, people are going to vote in the first 2016 presidential primary in the nation. the candidates are not taking this state for grantd with 23 republican delegates at stake. after his loss to ted cruz in iowa, even donald trump is changing his ground game a little. still doing the big rallies and stump speeches but also adding to his campaign schedule, getting up close and personal with voters. today at theo's restaurant in manchester, i sat down with trump who also took questions from people, some of them supporters. some of them undecided. all of them eager to hear specifics of what he plans to do if elected president. we began talking about his support in new hampshire. first of all, congratulations. a couple of great days since iowa. a new cnn poll shows you're doing well in new hampshire. how does it feel? >> feels great. the people are great. i've been to new hampshire so many times and have so many friends up here. they amazing people. it's a great place. i just
