michelle: i am michelle imperato . one of the victims was targeted by the other person may have been at the wrong place at the alex: deputies say it started with an argument inside the el fogon del valle restaurant. one of the men shot here in this parking lot was part of that argument, but deputies say it appears the other victim was just an innocent bystander. the owner of the bar, restaurant was here when the shots rang out just before 2:00 this morning. he tells me that, unlike other places on south obt, violence is because he doesn' t tolerate it. every night, three to five security officers are on hand after 10:00, he says, to pat down everyone who walks through anyone who fights gets banned for six months. but the shooting overnight happened outside the restaurant. deputies say an orange county s detective driving by heard the gunshots. and deputies then found a 27-year-old man shot in the he had gotten into a verbal altercation with two other men earlier in the evening, left, they ambushed him, opening fire. 21
