greg burrman, our weather watcher up in lyons had a 75 miles an hour wind. so the combination of the heat, the wind, and low humidity, is keeping the fire danger going and we have some pretty strong winds going now. berthoud pass has a 52 miles an hour gust. not too bad downtown. it is not too bad for the big game down there. 23 in broomfield, 24 in golden. as you move up into the loveland pass, 40 miles an hour wind. so red flag warning continues from larimer county to northern weld county until 7:00 tonight. also, from monument hill all the way down through trinidad into southern colorado. we had one brush fire pop up near strow road and parker in the parker area earlier today. one acre they got it contained and got it out rather quickly. we have a cold front coming through tonight. that is what is kicking up the wind tonight. behind it, it will be cooler tomorrow. more humidity. that will lessen the fire danger. but, i don't think it is going to bring us much moisture. so we get a little tiny bit of relief coming up for tomorrow. >> all right, we will tak

greg burrman had a peak wind of 72 miles an hour. hurricane force wind up there. looks like the wind will stay with us through the morning. this is the futurecast forecast. into 7:30 tomorrow morning. still windy and still breezy around the denver metro area. but watch what happens in the afternoon. the wind really relaxes somewhat by 5:00 here. breezy in the mountains. 5 to 10 going on here in the city and most of the metro. and we have another surge of moisture coming in for monday afternoon. that is going to kick up wind again. it will be another cold front, so the wind will kick up monday morning and get even stronger later in the day bringing in a little bit of mountain snow for most of the state. >>> 72 with our high today. 71 downtown. the record was 73. so just one degree away from that. mild at 30 and 34 respectively. we are at 355. northwest wind at 22. but gusting up to 35 from time to time. lori finch is our weather watcher in foxville. 42. 49 in berthoud. now behind this front, we see the little light snow here, but take a look. tomorrow, we will see

first of all, something that greg talked about that you may not know unless you are in the business, the integration of physical and mental health is something that people have talked about for a long time. in some ways the issue of turf may have gotten into the way of being able to integrate that, but if you have a mental health issues, it is likely that you will have physical health issues. so, the ability to coordinate care and to put somebody who has a mental health issue and integrate it with a physical health issue is a very significant accomplishment in this budget which tracy, i want you to comment on. the second thing is that there are reductions to providers. there is a reduction to physicians. but we don't believe that the reductions are so much that people will drop medicaid patients. it is important that they don't. secondly, there are reductions to hospitals, but we are putting together a program that's actually logical and forward thinking. in other words, a roadmap, a roadmap for everybody to be comfortable that over time we will control our costs, will be forward loo
