. >> good morning, federal prosecutors that said robert kaluza who is at least partially responsible for the deep water horizon disaster six years ago. he concluded that the well had been sealed off from any leaks, when in fact there was upward pressure from gas and oil. the well exploded killing 11 workers and sending oil gushing into the gulf of mexico. his attorneys said he was a daytime supervisor and these key decisions were made after his shift was complete. they also say the rig's owner, transocean, should be held fully responsible because the five year maintenance checks were not completed as they should have been. kaluza is facing prison and fines. his case marks the federal government's last chance to convict someone or send someone to jail related to the bp oil spill. the last three former bp employees who were charged have seen their cases unravel and they have not gone to prison. at this point bp itself has already paid out a lot of money, in fact billions of dollars in damages, in fact last year the oil giant agreed to a 20 billion dollar settlement. it is expected to l
