boris sanchez is in daytona beach, florida. where is hurricane matthew located right now? where is it headed? when will florida, for example, experience the worst of this hurricane? >> it has just left nassau, headed towards freeport in the bahamas. eventually making a run at florida and the governor said best case scenario, worst case scenario. best case scenario is the storm turns and stays in the water. worst case, it stays straight and heads right on to the shore. right on to the shore of the northern side of maybe coco beach, somewhere there around cape canaveral, as a 140 to possibly 145 mile per hour storm. the storm had a little trouble overnight because of the higher elevations of cuba, giving it some dry air. the farther it moves from cuba, the less influence cube has on the storm, so that's why it's strengthening right now, plus very warm water. it's in the gulf stream. the water that comes out of the gulf of mexico, goes around the florida keys and then on up to the northeast coast. that's why the water in the carolinas is so warm, because it's really out of th

"the new york times" reporting the raids are scheduled to begin on sunday. that's according to one former and two current homeland security officials. the final details of the operation remain in flux. the "times" reports that the raids will have so-called collateral damage. immigrants on the scene may be detained even though they were not the targets. officials tell the "times" that family members arrested together will be held in family detention centers when possible. on wednesday a top immigration official suggests that these raids were imminent. >> they're absolutely going to happen. there's approximately a million people in this country with removal orders, and of course that isn't what i.c.e. will go after in this, but that's the pool of people who have been all the way through the due process chain. >> president trump threatened to execute the raids last month but ultimately delayed them to give congres

boris sanchez, thanks so much. let's talk about the transcripts al alberto gonzalez, former attorney general. why do you think the decision was made to redact some things in those transcripts? >> i don't want to ever second guess the department of justice in the middle of an investigation. their public comments were these, they didn't want to revictimize the victims. also they didn't want to provide a propaganda platform and finally they didn't want to do anything that would hurt the integrity of the investigation. the first two i find somewhat interesting and puzzling. the last one i think is legitimate. if, in fact, releasing information does hurt the investigation, that in my judgment is a legitimate reason to hold back information. but anyway, at the end of the day i think the department ended up where it should be, and that is release information that all of us know anyway. we all assume to be true in any event, so i think the department is where it should be which is to provide a full transcript to the americ
