fox25 jessica reyes is at the house now on hatfield street. jess, the driver was thrown from the driver's seat. >> jessica: he was, julie. at this point he is at brigham & women's hospital and airlifted this happened. but it all happened on this home and driver crossed double yellow line and made it through the yard right here, rolled over and hit the front of the house, maybe take a lock into the house and most of the damage at the front of the house and will be able to be repaired and people who live here won't be able to stay here for quite sometime. now, we have video of that suv that was pulled from here just about an hour and a half ago and driver after rolled the suv he was somehow thrown from the arm underneath the suv. it took first responders 20 minutes to get him out from underneath it and airlifted to brigham & women's hospital and waiting for update on his condition at this point. now, there was a woman home. she was actually upstairs sleeping in her bed when this happened. her son says she is just so thankful this didn't happen 3

dweenz dweenz gene-o jessica reyes is along 128 in newton. wind is a problem there too, jess in. >> reporter: it is, gene. no snow just yet, but winds have been intense. making water way to newton from the studio in dedham. the wind was rocking our live truck back and forth on the highway and we know mass dot crews are out and about, pretreating the roads and getting ready for that is headed our that by just a little bit. 30 minutes ago, we saw some plow trucks making their way north on 128. and these are among the many mass dot trucks that we have spotted out here this morning. we know that mass dot has 4,000 pieces of equipment at their disposal should they need it. they will be working around the clock for the duration of this storm. probably tell, it is pretty windy in newton as i was just saying and wind does seem to be picking up as it gets later and later, but as far as snow goes, it is pretty quiet yet in that regard. and that is, of course, going to change very, very soon. we will have a look at what is happening in 30 minutes. live
