miller, sports with looking around the nation.. today ammon bundy and 15 other defendants pleaded not guilty to a federal conspiracy charge - related to the armed takeover of that oregon wildlife refuge. an april 29th trial date was set-- but assistant u.s. attorney ethan knight says a superseding indictment with additional charges is likely. defense lawyers and their investigators plan to visit the refuge tomorrow. it will be their first look at the scene of the 41-day standoff. and there's a new chapter today in the ongoing legal saga of kennedy cousin michael skakel. prosecutors in connecticut are trying to get his murder conviction for the 1975 death of his teenage neighbor reinstated. skakel was convicted in 2002 of the decades-old murder of martha moxley. he had served more than 10 years in prison when a lower court threw out his conviction-- inadequate defense from his lawyer mickey sherman. if prosecutors lose their bid, skakel will get a new trial. he's currently out on a 1 point 2 million dollar bail.
