pete. we were warmer yesterday than sunday, and now we're warmer than monday, in fact, by a good 5 to 10 degrees with chances that our temperatures are going to be quite high for this afternoon as well. there are the dew points and tropical and the frogs are singing through the overnight hours, but we're getting close to where we talk about 85- degree weather combined with those dew points well into the 60s. a little sticky out there for us. south to southeast wind continues. it will be gusty at times for today. a frontal boundary won't get here until thursday. energy being left behind push, everything east and south, but again that won't happen until thursday. for us that will mean just a few showers, not the severe weather that is ongoing in the forecast here across the deep south and into the gulf, through the tennessee valley that continues to be an issue for today. you'll be able to see that southeast wind and our front not moving that much. we'll stay warm and humid until it gets here
