in the death of keith lamont scott back in september. police say scott was armed with a gun but family members dispute the claim. tonight, people took to the streets to protest the decision not to bring charges against the officer. some chanted "stop killing black people," as they walked through the streets of charlotte. parts of alabama, mississippi, and tennessee are starting to clean up damage from storms killed five people and injured at least seven others. in northeast alabama, the tornadoes damaged buildings and knocked down power lines in their paths. in one community there, the storms tore through a mobile home park. authorities believe someone likely caused the deadly wildfires in tennessee. the burning fires have killed at least seven people and hospitalized dozens of others. they have also damaged hundreds of buildings near two popular tourist towns leading into the great coming up next, the u-n-i men's basketball team was back home tonight. scott will have highlights. and the iowa women entertained the number one team in the
