now just into the ktvu newsroom. police have arrested one man for allegedly stealing an oakland police officer cruiser. it happened just before 8 30 tonight on lake park avenue, while police were investigating an assault and while officers were out of the car someone got in the car. and drove off. police chase that vehicle all the way to the alejo where the suspect was taken into custody. the death of a woman earlier this year in san jose, is now being investigated as a homicide . the woman's body was discovered on february 24th on driftwood drive in west san jose. she was identified as 26 year old garelli trujillo, santa clara county coroner's office conducted an autopsy and they did determine that she had suspicious injuries. she died of s fixation and blunt head trauma. during the course of the investigation, the coroner's office conducted a full autopsy on that female and discover that there was suspicious injuries that were sust police have not yet identified a suspect or made any arrests. the death is sanity is
