let's talk about this dallas case. i think a lot of people weren't paying close attention to zika in the country and all of toa sudden perked up. it was transmitted sexually from someone who visited the countries where we've seen zika. what does it tell you? >> gives us more evidence about a suspicious we've had. there are documented cases in the literature. one in 2008. a physician was in senegal and infected with zika, came back to the u.s. a a infected his wife. more recently in 2013, with the very large outbreak in french polynesia, there was a man whose semen and urine tested positive for zika. the idea that it can be transmitted with blood transfusioioor through sexual contact is not necessarily new, ground breaking or surprising. as i stated earlier this morning, it's certainly unfortunate and unwelcomed news. now, it's a whole other set of protocols and precautions we need to talk about in light of this outbreak. >> does this mean, dr. azar, someone coming back from one of these countries with zika should remai
