a 12-year-old boy dies trying to save his fire from their burning home. we are live at the tragedy in norristown just ahead. >>> and a tree falls on a home while a woman and her husband is sleeping in the bed. >>> and a crane in manhattan falls and kills a person sitting in a parked car. >>> and in norristown a 12-year-old boy was killed in a house fire, he went back into the house to try to save his father but his dad had already gotten out. vernon odom is live at the scene. you spoke with family members there? >> reporter: i have rick. this is a story of incredible heroism by a young child but it ends in horrific tragedy. the fire at this three story home broke out this morning and quickly spread scorching this rental property and tragically killing a 12-year-old family member. the mother and other family members were grieving and witnesses said that some had to jump out windows to survive. >> the family was jumping out the back window, they realized someone was still in there and they turned to run back in and the neighbors were pulling them back. >> r
