tonight reports started surfacing this afternoon with a lot of chatter saying governor nikki haley will in effect endorse marco rubio. >> news 19's colby gallagher now with what the governor's backing could mean for marco rubio. >> reporter: on tuesday governor nikki haley said she watched the most recent debate and was looking for someone who will keep the country safe and understands the problems states are facing.
