smith goes to washington. i had not seen it in about 30 years and had not seen it as a remember of congress. it is the scene where he is trying to write legislation about creating a boys camp. he has all the idealism in the world and that is the point. comes up against someone who has been there and starts walking you have anof it so idea. are you going to the committee and the chairman will do this and then you have to go to congress. he goes through all the inefficiencies. if the assistant had said, you do not have time to write that legislation. spent 30 hours a week across the street asking people for money. in that what happens scene, he introduced legislation appealing to legislation. he started getting envelopes from boys with pennies and nickels and dies because it showed good policies are what the american people want. it gets members reelected if you are doing right. i'm glad you mentioned the movie. my favorite part is when they are at the national press club. before i ask the last question, he does
